By accessing and using Doortraits services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
Doortraits provides custom portrait services for estate agents and their clients. We transform property photographs into artistic portraits using various artistic styles.
3. Partnership Terms
Estate agent partners agree to:
- Provide high-quality property photographs
- Obtain proper consent from property owners
- Represent Doortraits services accurately to clients
- Comply with all applicable real estate regulations
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the selected partnership tier. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All portraits created by Doortraits remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights for personal and marketing purposes.
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction with our portraits. If you're not satisfied, we will provide one free revision or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
7. Liability Limitation
Doortraits' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Outstanding orders will be completed under existing terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
